Teski su ljudi za raditi,tako da uz znanje moras imati dosta srece za unapredjenje,Grcki ti je sluzbeni na mostu haha,uzas,
i uvik guraju svoje naprid ma koliko bili gori od nas.Gledaju te ispod oka,nisu ugodni ljudi ali cast iznimkama.
 
Al tako nije na kruzerima..pa da su nasi momci u redu onda bi reka ali su cak i veca smeca od grka talijana norvezana danaca itd itd, cast iznimkama.

ma to je sve u redu za dobiti malo iskustva na putnickim. sa svih mail adresa za aplikaciju nije mi jos nitko odgovorio. krivo mi je sto ne mogu online (njihova stranica) aplicirat.
 
Slazem se sa kolegom Tonyem, trenutno sam na grckoj kompaniji i teska su govna.
moze li neka informacija o elektricarima i neki email za aplikaciju i kontakt za Celebrity. Puno hvala.
 
Elektricari su ti isto skoro sve Grci,ima par Crnogoraca,rankovi su im ass, 3,2,1, pa chief,kontakt nemam pojma,ali virujem da mozes na ovaj gori mail poslati i priupitati

Da li možda netko plovi na poziciji Accommodations Maintenance Supervisor na Celebrity cruises ? Što uključuje ta pozicija, otprilike opis posla i je li možda u rangu prvog makine sa plaćom ? Nisam iskreno skužio o čemu se radi, ako možda netko zna bilo kakvu informaciju...taman glasine.

Position Summary:
The Accommodations Maintenance Supervisor shall support the respective Manager ensuring the maintenance standards are achieved. This position must perform a variety of tasks. From preventative maintenance to repair, this position should strive to keep the maintenance standards at a high quality level.

Employee may be required to perform any other job-related duties assigned by their supervisor, management or the Chief Engineer. All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with the Company's Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.

Qualifications:


· Five years minimum experience in technical/engineering maintenance on a cruise ship or a land based facility.
· Previous supervisory experience with the ability to train and coach employees.
· Extensive knowledge of Galley, Laundry, and Hotel/F&B equipment , plumbing systems , as well as joining/carpentry experience .
· Good communication/social skills, to communicate in a multicultural environment with all levels of employees and management.
· Able to read and interpret technical drawings, instruction manuals and schematic diagrams for equipment that has mechanical, outfitting and structural components.
· SOLAS Lifesaving and Fire Fighting Training according to SOLAS and STCW requirements for passenger ships (Preferred)
· Ability to demonstrate leadership, co-ordination and problem solving skills when performing routine and contingency tasks in order to minimize organization bottlenecks, negative guest impact and down-time of equipment.
